Mentoring, compared to taking a seminar, is a total shift of focus: In a seminar, all of your attention is focused on watching my trades and my work so that you can try to absorb as much of my methodology as possible while looking at the examples I choose and the trades I show. When you take Group Mentoring, all the focus shifts to YOUR trading. You bring your homework to each mentoring session: your charts from previous trades, charts from trades you considered but did not or could not take, and charts that spawned questions in your mind. The Senior Mentors and Mentors and the other traders in attendance then focus all their attention on YOUR work and questions. The impetus behind Group Mentoring is not to make you trade like me; instead, the focus of Group Mentoring is to share your work and ideas with a similar group of peers that use the same trading methodology, under the tutelage of several MG Mentors. By sharing work and ideas with each other and asking each other questions, you will see how others use these same tools to effectively trade the markets; often, many eyes see what one set of eyes, even mine, cannot or do not see.

You sign up for Group Mentoring in blocks of twelve sessions. Twelve sessions will take three to four months of weekly Group Mentoring to complete. Again, the beauty of Group Mentoring is that a Mentor moderating the sessiion, you will get to see the market through the eyes of other traders also in Group Mentoring. It is extremely helpful to see how different traders approach the same or different markets using the same methodology I teach. You are free to ask questions about each the charts other traders are presenting and you are expected to bring your own charts and materials on a regular basis. During these sessions, you will work on:

1. Market structure and context: Where is the market going and how can you use market structure while trading in the direction of the current trend.

2. The basics of Median Lines and other tools that have their basis is Dr. Andrews� original research, as well as tools that I have developed using my own research over the past 37 years I have been a professional trader.

3. Clues that the market may be changing direction, changes in behavior.

4. Surgeon-like money management techniques, risk reward ratio analysis and the correct methods to determine initial profit targets, as well as how to box in profits as price moves in your favor.

5. As your account grows, you will learn the correct method to determine position sizing, so your can grow at a reasonable rate without putting yourself under undue pressure each time you increase your position size.

Group Mentoring takes a twelve session minimum commitment from you. The twelve sessions will allow you to identify your strengths and weaknesses. It will also allow you to give yourself a solid start on each of the items defined above. You must do your homework or you will not be successful.
