I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a trader. I also knew that to make money by trading against the best traders in the world, I would need an edge – I would need to know what the very best traders knew.
My brother introduced me to Dr. Alan Andrews, the trader that may have made the most money during the crash of 1929; he was probably the best trader from his era. I began studying with Dr. Andrews in my early teens. I worked 8 hours a day after school, five or six days a week, while trading, to pay for my trips to Florida to study with Dr. Andrews.
A friend of the family told me about the best trader of the current generation of traders: Amos Hostetter. He could not guarantee Amos would see me, nor did he imagine Amos would consider mentoring me. But I knew what I wanted: I wanted to be the best trader in the world. No matter where Amos Hostetter was, I would find him and find a way to persuade him to take me on as a student. I travelled to Princeton and it took me four days to finally meet him; it took me another three days to finally get him to agree to mentor me.
I wanted to be a professional trader, one of the best in the world. I knew it would take hard work, and more: I would need to be educated by the very best traders I could find.

I have been trading for forty years, I manage a great deal of money for four of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world and I am considered by my peers to be one of the best traders in the world today.
Market geometry is now offering two new unparalleled opportunities for those of you who wish to enhance your trading education. Along with our Mid-Day Sessions, hosted by Timothy Morge and Shane Blankenship, we will soon begin two new programs: Begin Your Mornings with the Master will be a 30 to 45 minute private session hosted by me. These morning sessions will begin at 6 AM Arizona time (-7 GMT) and will be available to a very small, select number of participants. If selected, you will be able to spend each morning with me. asking me questions, you might be able to show me your chart, you might be able to discuss your outlook on a particular live market-in short, this will be your chance to have the Master’s attention each morning.
When we first announced this program, we were inundated with people both inside and outside the Market Geometry family that wished to immediately sign up. Because our initial intent is to limit the participants to a total of 25 per session, we decided that the first prerequisite was that anyone signing up for and attending these sessions with the Master must be a Premium Member at Market Geometry. For our initial sessions, we will limit participation to 25 Premium Members and one organizer, Timothy Morge {though in the future, we may slowly add to this number of participants if we feel doing so does not hinder the content}.
This is not a premarket session where someone pretending to be a trader performs a weather report, reviewing yesterday’s price action, giving you the overnight highs and lows and then telling you that the stock market is likely to open higher or gold may open a bit lower. This is not a chat room, where someone who is paid to look like a trader tells you the standard DUMBO support and resistance levels, then tells you the outdated Floor Pivots, and gives you the thirty minute indicator check while randomly throwing out buy and sell signals, with no explanation and no interest in educating you as a trader.
If you want to be a successful trader and if you strive to be able to trade alongside the best traders in the world, come be educated by one of the best traders in today’s markets. As Dr. Andrews told us on Tuesday nights in his livingroom, "Come sit by the feet of the Master and learn everything there is to learn".
‘Begin Your Mornings with the Master’ will be a 30 to 60 minute private session hosted by one of the finest traders of the day, Timothy Morge. These morning sessions will begin at 6 AM Arizona time (-7 GMT). We will initially select two groups of traders to spend time each morning with Professor Morge. Group A will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and the cost for this group is $350 per month. Group B will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings and the cost for this group is $300 per month. To be eligible, you must be a Premium Member of Market Geometry and you must maintain that membership as long as you wish to study with the Master. Those not chosen initially will be put in a sequentially numbered waiting list and they will be offered the opportunity to join the select group when a spot becomes available.
The lottery will be held the evening of March 1st. Each person will have one chance in the lottery for every month they have pledged to prepay: If you sign up for a month commitment, you will have one chance in the lottery; if you sign up for a six month commitment, you will have six chances. To enter the lottery, you must put down at least $350 prior to the lottery via PayPal or a Bank Wire. If chosen, you will have five business days to pay for your commitment in its entirety; should you fail to pay your obligation on time, you will forfeit your opportunity to study with Professor Morge. If you are not chosen in the lottery, your money will be refunded immediately and you will be given the choice to keep your position on the waiting list. Though you can specify a preference of Group A or Group B, there is no way of knowing what session you will be picked for until the lottery is held. The sessions are scheduled to begin the first week of April.
One last note: Market Geometry is proud to announce the formation of a similar group, "Spend Your Evening with the Master", a select session featuring one of the best portfolio traders of our time, Timothy Morge. A small group of traders looking for trading education from the very best available will have the opportunity to spend 90 minutes to two hours, twice a month, with Timothy Morge. They will be able to ask him questions and discuss their charts and trading ideas with him. The group will also be spending time learning how to approach the markets as a successful longer-term trader approaches the markets. In many ways, these sessions will be similar to 'Begin Your Mornings with the Master", but they will focus on longer-term trading. The principles of all trading are the same; longer-term trading or portfolio trading offers its own set of unique challenges but the profit potential available to those who successfully learn to portfolio trade are unmatched. The monthly subscription fee will be $350 and When you Spend Your Evening with the Master, you will be studying the same methodology and approach I use when managing the money for my soverign wealth fund clients. In these sessions I will be committing my time and effort to teach you the art of portfolio trading, which I have been doing successfully for over the past thirty years. This is not an easy road, so I expect each of you to match my time and effort. I suggest those of you that sign up for this program consider signing up for a six month subscription. We are going to have fun and you will learn many new technioques - but come prepared to work! The lottery will be held in mid-March.
